Terms & Conditions

These terms govern buyer purchases from Dezajn as the sole contracting seller. Designers are not the merchant of record for customer orders.

1. Contracting seller

Buyer orders on the Dezajn checkout are concluded with Ladislav Hájek, not with individual designers. Designers supply or license creative content to Dezajn and may receive payouts from Dezajn under separate designer terms.

2. Products and personalization

Dezajn offers made-to-order and design-led apparel. Product previews are illustrative. Minor variations may occur between on-screen colors and the physical item due to display settings, production tolerances, and printing methods.

Some goods are produced only after payment and may be made to the buyer's specifications or clearly personalized. Where that is the case, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right may not apply, as described in the Returns, Withdrawal & Complaints notice.

3. Ordering, pricing, and payment

Orders are submitted through Stripe Checkout. Prices shown at checkout are the authoritative prices for the order. Taxes, if applicable, are determined through Stripe tax calculation and are reflected in the final payment total. Payment must be successfully authorized before production begins.

Dezajn may refuse or cancel an order where payment is not successful, required compliance checks fail, or the ordered item cannot be fulfilled.

4. Delivery and production

Production starts after payment verification and invoice processing. Delivery windows are estimates only. Customs, import formalities, and non-EU destination rules may affect availability and timing. Dezajn may limit checkout to jurisdictions that have completed tax and legal activation.

5. Complaints, damaged goods, and refunds

If goods arrive faulty, damaged, or materially not as described, contact Dezajn without undue delay. Dezajn may request photos, order details, or return of the item where needed to assess the complaint. Available remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund, depending on the defect and applicable law.

6. Platform rules and content

Dezajn may remove listings, designs, or other content that breach law, third-party rights, or platform rules. Public reporting and appeal channels are published in the DSA Notice & Action page.

7. Governing law and consumer rights

These terms are drafted for a Czech-based EU seller. Mandatory consumer protections of the buyer's habitual residence remain unaffected where applicable. Seller identity, registration details, and complaint contact details are published in the Seller / Imprint page.
