Returns, Withdrawal & Complaints
This notice explains when the statutory withdrawal right applies, how complaint handling works, and how buyers can contact Dezajn about damaged or non-conforming goods.
1. Standard withdrawal rights
Where EU consumer withdrawal rights apply, the default withdrawal period is 14 days from delivery. To exercise the right, contact noreply@dezajn.com with your order details and a clear statement that you want to withdraw.
2. Made-to-order and personalized goods
Dezajn primarily sells made-to-order apparel and products produced after checkout. Goods made to the buyer's specifications or clearly personalized may fall within the statutory withdrawal exception. Checkout therefore requires acknowledgement of the made-to-order notice before payment.
3. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect goods
Statutory rights for faulty, damaged, or not-as-described goods are not affected by any withdrawal limitation. Submit a damaged or incorrect order report without undue delay with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where relevant. Dezajn may offer repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund depending on the issue and applicable law.
4. Complaint handling
Complaints should be submitted through the Support Center complaint form or by email to noreply@dezajn.com. Include the order number, delivery country, and a description of the problem. Dezajn may request return shipment or additional evidence where necessary.
5. ADR information
For Czech consumer ADR information, the competent out-of-court dispute body is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (CTIA / COI). This does not limit your ability to use ordinary court or consumer-protection channels where available.
